During the Chinese New Year, there were groups of people in a green full park watching "Xing Shi". Xing Shi was a special event that only appears in some specific cities in China. There will be two people cosplayed into a lion and dancing around. The Lions have many different colors such as red and gold, blue and white, yellow and green, or red and white. They will be dancing all around the place and open their mouth making a cracking noise. When they come nearby you can touch their head. It felt like you are touching the clouds from the sky. The Lions will jump up to the pillars and then jump down to the ground. When the night reaches this event will be more exciting than in the morning. The Lions will be dancing in a dragon-shaped boat and people will be standing in the bridge and sitting in the riverside with their families watching the dance. Children will be playing fireworks with their parents or friends. At the end of this event, people will set up a huge rocket firework and ignited it to celebrate the ending of the first day in the New Year.
